Penerapan Alat Peraga Lidi Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berhitung Materi Operasi Penjumlahan

This study aims to apply sticks to improve the ability to count on addition operations material in grade 1 students. The research method used class action research with 19 research subjects consisting of 10 female students and 9 male students. This research was conducted on Grade I students at St. Paulus Yppk Elementary School, Klamalu Village. Data collection techniques using tests, observation and documentation. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes where in the first cycle the average student score was 52.35 with a mastery percentage of 63%. While in Cycle II the average student score was 89.47 with a mastery percentage of 90%. So that the application of stick teaching aids can improve students' numeracy skills in addition operations material.
