ANALISIS HADHANAH DARI ORANG TUA KEPADA DAY CARE DI TK PLUS WAHIDIYAH PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM(Studi di TK Plus Wahidiyah Kota Kediri)

Abstract

Children under five still need optimal care to support their growth and development, for parents who have other activities such as work, care efforts have not been carried out optimally. There are alternatives to parenting for parents to provide children with rights that can support their growth and development. Day Care is a replacement and supplementary caregiving program. Researchers are interested in conducting research regarding the transfer of child custody to Day Care because researchers see that when child care needs are met, workers or parents can automatically carry out their profession with professionals which then has an impact on family welfare.This research aims to analyze the transfer of hadhanah from parents to Day Care at TK Plus Wahidiyah from an Islamic legal perspective, the reasons parents entrust their children to the Day Care program at TK Plus Wahidiyah, and to analyze the transfer of hadhanah from parents to Day Care at TK Plus Wahidiyah perspective. Islamic law.The research used is empirical legal research with a sociological approach. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques were through interviews, observations and documentation studies by interviewing the head of the kindergarten institution, several Day Care caregivers, and several guardians of Wahidiyah Day Care students in Kediri City. The data analysis is through data reduction, data validation, data classification and data analysis.The results of the research show that the reasons why parents entrust their children to Wahidiyah Day Care are the parents' busy schedule at work, the good educational and development support provided by Wahidiyah Day Care, the guaranteed comfort and safety of Wahidiyah Day Care, the social interaction that children get from meeting friends. new to Day Care, as well as the economic factors of parents who prefer to entrust their children to Day Care rather than buying baby sitter services and the transfer of hadhanah at Day Care Wahidiyah is in accordance with applicable Islamic law where the transfer of hadhanah today is based on the transfer of hadhanah in ancient times, such as during the time of the Prophet Muhammad.
