INTERPRETASI KUA KECAMATAN PESANTREN KOTA KEDIRI TERHADAP KHI TENTANG WAKIL AKAD NIKAH BAGI MEMPELAI PRIA

Abstrak

In this modern era, a lot of marriage problems occur in society, for example, concerning the representation of the congregation in the marriage academy. In this case, the problem of the absence of the bridegroom in the marriage ceremony has been raised so that it is assumed that the execution of such marriage cannot be said to be valid, whereas the issue of the representation of the married man is not in the presence of the husband directly but in the distance from which the husband is considered to be present by giving written authority to the other man to be a representative in the wedding ceremony. This study aims to analyze in depth the relationship between marriage and marriage represented in the University of Pennsylvania and this study also aims at analyzing the interpretation of the university of California. This study is an empirical jurisprudence that uses data collection methods through observations, interviews, and documentation. A sociological approach is used to study the conditions of society related to KUA's interpretation of the practices of the bride's marriage represented by the man. This research produces two types of data, namely primary data obtained directly from its source and secondary data gained by searching for references relevant to the problem being studied, with data analysis techniques using data reduction, data validation, data clarification, and data analysis. The practise of the wedding of the bridegroom is represented in the wedding ceremony, although the distinction in this ceremony is that in terms of the celebration of the marriage because the bride is prevented from attending the ceremony there is a word represented depending on the needs and conditions encountered, in this case there are no rules that regulate it explicitly. The KUA's interpretation of the representative of the bride's wedding is that there is a letter of recommendation from local officials such as the village secretary, it is intended to give validation against the second case of the groom, then the wedding must have a certificate of authority from the bridegroom officially as well as a stamp from the local official and the signature of the man's bride at the merit of 10,000.
