Strategi Manajemen Zakat di Yayasan Perjuangan Wahidiyah Dan Pondok Pesantren Kedunglo Al-Munadhdhoroh Kota Kediri

Abstract

It is often heard that zakat is distributed among the people individually or in institutions without any preparation and serious safeguards that ultimately lead to disaster. Here there is a need for the use of technology that is well organized in a sharia system that can regulate it to the lowest level. So that with an organized and professional system it is expected to be able to reduce poverty significantly. In the Kedunglo Al-Munadhdhoroh boarding school in Kediri City, the system of using zakat has been handled professionally. In this study, researchers used a type of qualitative research. To make it easier to get the data needed in writing this thesis, researchers use data collection techniques: Interviews, Documentation, Observation. The management strategy used at the Kedunglo Islamic Boarding School first, good collaboration between the Central Wahidiyah Finance Department and the Wahidiyah Regional Finance Department. Second, establish good communication. Third, send circulars to the regions. Fourth, periodic reporting, namely weekly, monthly, semester, and annual reports. Fifth, conduct counseling. Sixth, increased awareness of giving. Seventh, the Wahidiyah Struggle Fund increases every year.
