KONSEP KELUARGA SAKINAH PADA PASANGAN NIKAH MUDA YANG TERCATAT DI KUAKECAMATAN KOTA KEDIRI DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM

Abstract

The purpose of the authors conducted research is to determine the readiness of young married couples in forming a sakinah family. The author uses a qualitative method that is research that intends to understand the phenomena about what is experienced by research subjects. With the research procedure: (1) Observation, namely data collection which is done by systematically observing and recording symptoms that are investigated. (2) Interviewing, Interview is a data collection technique that is conducted face-to-face by asking questions by the interviewer to the informant given verbally and the answer is also received verbally (3) Documentation, namely obtaining data directly from the research site. After conducting observations, interviews, and analyzing data from sources of young married couples registered at the KUA of the Kediri City District and Islamic Law, the authors conclude that the young married couples registered at the KUA of the Kediri City District have not been able to form a sakinah family in accordance with the Law Islam and guidelines for forming a sakinah family provided by the KUA of the Kediri City District.
