PERAN NADZIR DALAM PENGELOLAAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN ASET TANAH WAKAF

Abstract

Representation or endowment is one of the teachings of Islam that contains religious and social values, Waqf in Indonesia in ancient times was more inclined to land. The formulation of the problem in this paper is first, How is Nadzir's Role in the Management and Development of Endowment Land Assets in the Nurul Auliya Foundation 'Ngadi Village, Mojo District, Kediri Regency? Second, what are the factors that prevent a nadzir from managing and developing waqf land assets in the Nurul Auliya Foundation 'Ngadi Village, Mojo District, Kediri Regency? This study aims to describe how the role of Nadzir in the management and development of Waqf land assets The approach taken in this research is a descriptive approach with a qualitative type.
