TINJAUAN MAQHASHID SYARI’AH TENTANG PROGRAM KELUARGA BERENCANA DALAM MEWUJUDKAN KELUARGA SAKINAH (STUDI KASUS DI KAMPUNG KB) Desa Benua Baru Ulu Kecamatan Sangkulirang, Kabupaten Kutai Timur, Kalimantan Timur

Abstract

Maqashid Syari'ah is a branch of Islamic science that explains the wisdom behind the existence of Islamic law. The purpose of shari'ah in Islam is to achieve mutual benefit and reject kemudhorotan. Hifdzun An-Nasl or looking after the descendants who are in the maqashid syari'ah is the main obligation that must be guarded and protected by every family. So that one day these offspring can have good benefits for parents, religion, nation and state. The family planning program that is being intensified by the government which aims to improve the welfare of the community is expected to be an option for every family couple in fostering their household, as well as being a family effort or effort in realizing a sakinah family, a family that is coveted by every family partner, family overwhelmed with love, fulfilled family needs, and have offspring that can be useful in the future. In this research, the author uses a qualitative method with a case study approach that aims to examine the phenomenon as a whole in actual conditions, using a variety of data sources. Performed when the actual conditions, using a type of case study approach. In collecting research data, researchers used observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection instruments. This study aims to explain how the family planning program is a family choice in realizing a sakinah family in terms of maqashid syari'ah. Based on the research results, from the review of maqashid sharia, the kb program does not oppose Islamic law. For parents who only have below average income, or those who are worried that their love for their children will not be fulfilled later if there is no age gap between them, the KB program is not a must, but can be an option or solution for the family as a balance family life. With the existence of balance in the family, it will create a family that is desired by every family partner, namely the sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah family.
