IMPLEMENTASI PMA NO 20 TAHUN 2019 TENTANG PENCATATAN PERKAWINAN BERBASIS SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN NIKAH (SIMKAH) STUDI DI KUA KEC. MOJOROTO

Abstrak

SIMKAH is an abbreviation of "Marriage Management Information System" is an information system program that is used for registration of marriages carried out by every Regency KUA throughout Indonesia, in accordance with PMA No. 20 of 2019 including KUA Kec. Mojoro. Application of SIMKAH in KUA Kec. Mojoroto still finds a problem where there are still many marriage registrars who do not know about SIMKAH, then there is invalid marriage registrar data with the SIMKAH database and the frequency of SIMKAH processing during working hours. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the implementation and effectiveness of PMA No. 20 of 2019 concerning SIMKAH-Based Marriage Registration at KUA Mojoroto, Kediri City. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, with the research subject being the Head of KUA Kec. Mojoroto, Operator SIMKAH KUA Kec. Mojoroto and 6 marriage registrants. The collection technique is through 1) Interview 2) Observation 3) Documentation. The results of this study KUA Kec. Mojoroto has implemented SIMKAH as marriage registration but it has not been effectively implemented because there are still obstacles (1) in the quality of the system, maintenance often occurs during office hours so that it interferes with marriage registration at KUA Kec. Mojoroto (2) There are still many marriage registrants who do not know the existence of SIMKAH as a means of recording marriages, so the KUA Kec. Mojoroto must increase socialization to the community, especially those who are married. (3) The difference in the marriage registrar's data so that it does not appear in the SIMKAH database, and the marriage registrar must first correct it at the Population and Civil Registry Office.
