PEREMPUAN MULTITASKING DALAM PERSPEKTIF ISLAM

Abstrak

Women have many important roles for the welfare of the family and the welfare of the community, at home, the noble task of women is as housewives who care for and provide education, women have a very large share in the development of welfare in society. However, many women are too busy with work matters outside the home, so there is an imbalance in women's main duties, namely as a companion for husband and mother. In Islamic teachings is said that women are basic education companions or madrasatul ula for their children, if a woman neglects her main obligation as a companion for husband and mother, then women are not encouraged to support the family economy. The purpose of this study is to analyze multitasking women in an Islamic perspective. Library research is the research method used in this research. The results of this study are that women are allowed to work outside the home as multitasking women, in this case as women who have multiple roles, it is necessary to balance between the main obligations of women in the family and the role of women in supporting the family economy while still concidering the Al-Qur'an as the main foundation.
