PENGARUH FAKTOR - FAKTOR FUND AMENTAL TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM

Abstract

In analyzing the fundamentals of the company's financial statements, there are ratios that will influence investors' decisions, which can be seen from the results of calculating the Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) variables. and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER).This study aims to see the number of fundamental factors including Return on Assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), Earning per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Stock Returns in several property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2019 period. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the results of this study partially show that Earning Per Share (EPS) has no significant effect on stock returns, while other fundamental factors such as Return on assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially significant effect on stock returns. And simultaneously the results of this test show that Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER), and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) have a significant effect on property stock returns. listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the observation period (2014-2019).
