PENERAPAN METODE QUALITY FUNCTION DEPLOYMENT (QFD) PADA PERBAIKAN RENCANA PENGEMBANGAN SEKOLAH DI SMP WAHIDIYAH KOTA KEDIRI

Abstrak

In improving the quality of quality education services, certainly not separated from a good school development plan (RPS). A good RPS is the right RPS target (according to what students need). This research aims to determine how the quality of school development plan is in Wahidiyah Junior high schools in Kediri, as well as to find out the extent to which QFD (Quality Function Deployment) method can be applied in the improvement of the plan The development of school in SMP Wahidiyah in Kediri City as well as knowing the preparation of House of quality (HOQ). The results showed that the implementation of the existing school development plan Tegolong a good category with a presentation of 66% very good, percentage of the category is good by 27%, category percentages quite 7%. The results of making matrix House of quality get the most priority for improvement, namely (1) completeness of the school's future planning; (2) The fulfillment of high quality school vision and mission; (3) Quality of service provided by the school; (4) Quality of guaranteed student graduates; (5) The fulfillment of school development plan in the field of facilities and infrastructure; (6) Availability of study room suitable for students ' needs; (8) School's accountability for students needs.
