MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BAHASA ANAK DALAM MENGENAL BAHASA INGGRIS DENGAN METODE PERMAINAN TEBAK BUAH

This research aims to improve English vocabulary through playing guessing pictures of group B Wahidiyah Jenggolo Kindergarten, Kepanjen, Malang. The subjects in this study were children aged 5-6 years who joined in group B and numbered 16 children. The method used for data collection were observation and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this research were descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the English vocabulary of children in group B Wahidiyah Jenggolo Kindergarten, Kepanjen, Malang Academic Year 2017/2018 before conducting a classroom research of 40%. After agreeing upon action through guessing games such as increasing children's English vocabulary, the result of Cycle I was 60% and Cycle II increased to 77%. The results of this study had met the achievement indicator of 75%. The results of the study showed that through guessing games the learning of English is easily absorbed by children. Based on the data from the class action research results, it could be concluded that through guessing fruit game improved the English vocabulary of children in group B Wahidiyah Jenggolo Kindergarten, Kepanjen, Malang Academic Year 2017/2018.
