PERENCANAAN FONDASI TIANG PANCANG (SPUN PILE) PADA GEDUNG PERKULIAHAN UNIVERSITAS WAHIDIYAH

Abstract

The foundation is the lowest structural component of a building that forwards the burden of the building to the ground or rocks beneath it. The choice of foundation type that will be used as a bottom structure is influenced by various factors including the condition of the subgrade, the burden received by the foundation, applicable regulations, costs, ease of implementation. In the construction of the Wahidiyah University Lecture Building it is planned to use the foundation of a stake (Spun Pile). Each foundation is required to be able to support the maximum load that may occur. Analysis of the carrying capacity of the foundation is carried out by taking into account the soil investigation data, the load borne by the foundation, the dimensions of the pile, the distance between the piles and the depth of the pile. The planning of pile foundation is planned to use a diameter of 40 cm with a depth of 16 m below ground level. In calculating the carrying capacity of a single pole based on the presentation of the results of the sondir, the permit load (Qu Permit) can be calculated using the Meyerhoff method. Obtained a yield of 100,480 tons. With the carrying capacity of the soil, the number of pole points in one group of piles is found, points A1, B1: 3 pole points, A4, A5, B2: 4 pole points and A2, A3: 5 pole points. Then found the number of foundation pillars at the Wahidiyah University lecture building as many as 132 points. In planning the pile foundation, the author also analyzes the budget plan for the needs of the pile foundation (Spun Pile), the total analysis of the budget plan of the pile foundation (Spun Pile) in the Wahidiyah University lecture building is Rp. 1,298,970,230.00.
