Abstract

This thesis discusses the calculation of lane plate foundation planning which includes the calculation of bearing capacity, foundation dimensions, reinforcement of the load foundation that works on the foundation as well as the budget plan needed in planning. Lane plate foundation is a type of reinforced concrete foundation that extends along the wall it supports. Like the foundation stone, but the difference lies in the use of material from stone pairs. The lane plate foundation in this plan resembles the foundation of the palm, only that this foundation forms lengthwise along the wall it supports, on a foundation base with a width of 100 cm with a carrying capacity of soil from the results of the founding data obtained 3.33 kg / cm2 with a depth of -1.5 meters. Axial forces at each point obtained include A1 = 23000 kg / m3, A2 = 14000 kg / m3, B1 = 20000 kg / m3, B2 = 11000 kg / m3, C1 = 18000 kg / m3, C2 = 9000 kg / m3 divided by the length of the foundation plate lane, then each result from all points is less than 3.33 kg / m, it means that the foundation load at each point does not exceed the carrying capacity of the soil. Reinforcement on the foundation site using iron D13 - 180 for the main reinforcement and reinforcement for φ12 – 180 While the RIB beam types A1, A2 and C1 = 4 D22, type B1 = 6 D16, type B2 and C2 = 4 D16 on the pedestal and for the field type A1, A2, C1 = 2 D22, type B1 = 4 D16, type B2, C2 = 2 D 12, with each stirrups φ10 - 150. From the analysis results of the calculations that have been described above then calculate the material financing needed by analyzing the needs of each material and the price of each material then get a fee of Rp. 765,511,313.
