Abstract

As human activity increases, more facilities must be built to meet human needs so that the problem faced is very minimal land, especially in urban areas. Therefore one solution to overcome this problem is high-rise buildings. In accordance with SNI 1726 2012 a system or subsystem with a sliding wall can be used as an alternative in planning earthquake resistant building structures to withstand the lateral forces that occur. The purpose of this final writing is to get the dimensions and reinforcement of column beams, plates and shear walls in the lecture building of Wahidiyah University using SAP 2000 assistive programs. With material specifications Fc '= 25 Mpa, for the main reinforcement Fy = 400 Mpa, shear reinforcement Fy = 240 MPa from the results of the analysis that has been done using SAP 2000 for beam planning, taking the moment of footing and the biggest field to be used as a basis for beam reinforcement planning, for column reinforcement has been planned at the beginning of SAP 2000 calculations, the plate and shear wall reinforcement is calculated manually through internal forces from the results of SAP 2000 outputs. From the results of the analysis using SAP 2000 obtained structural elements that correspond to preliminary designs namely B1 350 x 650,B2 250 x 450, B3 250 x 500, B4 250 x 400, B5 20 x 30, K1 600 x 600, K2 500 x 500, K3 400 x 400, K4 300 x 300, K5 D600, floor plate thickness 120 mm, roof plate 110 mm, wall thickness 3 00 mm. after obtaining dimensions and reinforcement elements, will then be described using the Autocad application version 16. From the calculation results of this sliding wall method can be used as an alternative building design that produces a strong and safe building, in addition to the sliding wall dimensions of the main frame around the wall sliding can be, so that more cost-effective in the construction of Wahidiyah Kediri University building is obtained.
