PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI KASIR BERBASIS WEB UNTUK MENDUKUNG PROSES TRANSAKSI PENJUALAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MEUBLE AISYAH DEKORASI JEPARA

Abstrak

Aisyah Dekorasi Jepara is a furniture business that still performs several administrative activities manually, including sales transaction recording, stock checking, customer data management, and sales report preparation. This condition makes operational activities less efficient, increases the risk of data errors, and slows the delivery of product information to customers. This study aims to design and implement a web-based cashier information system to support sales transactions and inventory monitoring at Aisyah Dekorasi Jepara. The research used a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance planning. The application was implemented using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The resulting system provides product management, customer data management, sales transactions, receipt printing, sales reports, profit reports, inventory reports, user management, access control, product catalog pages, company information, contact pages, and WhatsApp-based communication support. Black Box Testing involving admin, cashier, and customer roles showed that the main system functions worked as expected. The system helps improve transaction orderliness, accelerates access to sales and stock information, and supports more effective business data monitoring.
