Research on irrigation canal system on balance and foog security is often the scourge of the causes of several supporting factors so that there is a dividing line between disposal and land drainage. The description of the use of irrigation canals for economic balance allows farmers to irrigate land and open new land. The open and close irrigation system in the tertiary channel make it easy to irrigate so that the stabilization of incoming and outgoing water can be measured. The main objective of irrigation canals is to achieve resilience to the balance of the economy and food. Inaddiction, optimimization for food security, namely, the height of the embankment obtained prevents salt water from entering during the dry season with large tides. Optimal processing can enable farmers to accommodate when it rains and store water when the dry season comes. Irrigation malfunctions affect the balance of the economy, food land and crop yields because farmers do not collect water and during the rainy season cannot dispose of excexx water. The author hopes that this research can provide an undersatanding to readers, especially about the irrigation Channel System in supporting factors so that it can function properly.
