ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA TANAMAN HIAS AGLAONEMA (Varietas Siam Aurora) DI TOKO BUNGA YOHAN NURSERY NGRONGGO KOTA KEDIRI

Abstract

Aglaonema is a leaf ornamental plant that has variations, including the shape and pattern of leaves with a price determinant calculated from the number of leaves and the size of the plant. This study aims to analyze the aglaonema business and find out the feasibility level of the siamese aurora variety aglonema business in the  flower  shop  yohan  nursery  kediri.  The  approach  method  carried  out  in  this  study  by  means  of  field observations and interviews, business feasibility assessment using several investment criteria consisting of: NPV, PP, IRR, R/C. Based on the results of the business feasibility analysis, a value for NPV was obtained of 412,056,957, at a discount rate of 15%, an IRR value of 24%, for a PP value of 0.0011 and an R/C of 26.64. This  shows  that  the  feasibility  of  the  business of  the  ornamental  plant  aglaonema  variety  Siamese aurora in the flower shop yohan nursery is financially worthy of effort.
