Penggunaan Sholawat Wahidiyah Sebagai Mahar Pernikahan (Analisis Kitab Sa’adatuddaraini karya Syaikh Yusuf Ismail An Nabhani)

Abstract

Mahar is a wife's right that is received from her husband, the husband gives her willingly with the agreement of both parties between the wife and husband. The transfer of the bride price is carried out in cash, but if the bride-to-be approves the transfer of the bride price may be suspended either in whole or in part, the bride price may be deferred. In this data collection method, the writer uses the documentation method. In analyzing this research, the writer uses a descriptive method that attempts to describe, analyze and assess data related to the issue of Shalawat Wahidiyah as marriage dowry. This method is used to understand the book of Sa'adatuddaroini by Shaykh Yusuf Ismail An-Nabhani about the use of Shalawat as marriage dowry. The use of Shalawat Wahidiyah as marriage dowry refers to the book Sa'adatuddaroini by Sheikh Yusuf Ismail an Nabhani RA, that the dowry of the Prophet Adam with Eve is a blessing. Although in the book it does not mention what blessings are read by the Prophet Adam as a wedding dowry with Eve. However, there are 2 kinds of blessings namely the blessing of ma'tsurah and the blessings of ghairu ma'tsurah ... While the Wahidiyah prayers are also included in the blessings of ghairu ma ' tsurah whose editors were composed by a large Ulama named Kyai Abdul Madjid Makruf.
