Urgensi Pemahaman Terhadap Hukum Islam Dalam Perkara Gugat Cerai Guna Melindungi Hak Suami Istri

Abstract

In the household, there are many large tasks and tasks for both parties including economic responsibility for earning a living. The existence of a living as part of a family relationship. Not a livelihood like and simple as how to serve a mouthful of rice or body wrapping with a shirt, but how it is set in a family law that is full of responsibility. Many phenomena that emerge in the community are now found by women as the main breadwinners for farmers. Women (wives) work as migrant workers abroad are permitted, but if indeed the husband is able to meet the needs can not be done. The wife is allowed to work if the benefits are greater than the conditions. Islam also encourages women to work if in an emergency. Likewise, my husband who was allowed as a migrant worker also had to accept the fact that while working time in the household became a responsibility that must be done caring and educating children.
