Persepsi Masyarakat Terhadap Pelaksanaan Khithbah

Abstract

Khithbah is a statement or request from a man to a woman to marry him, whether done by that man directly or through the mediation of another party which he believes is in accordance with religious provisions. Khithbah (propose) is the first step of a marriage. Public Perceptions of the Implementation of the Khithbah in Bandar Lor Village Mojoroto Subdistrict Kediri City According to the Islamic Law Review that we found are: (a) For the people of Bandar Lor, especially RW 03, the khithbah is known to them as an application.
