PEMENUHAN HAK DAN KEWAJIBAN KELUARGA OLEH ISTRI YANG BERKHIDMAH DI PERJUANGAN DITINJAU DARI KOMPILASI HUKUM ISLAM

Abstract

The objectives of the study are: 1) to determine the factors that cause the wife to go to the Wahidiyah Struggle Foundation and Kedunglo Kediri Islamic Boarding School. 2) to find out the implementation of the rights and obligations of a married wife in marriage as contained in the Compilation of Islamic Law. To get the results of the study, researchers used a type of qualitative research and used the approach of sociological law or empirical law.
