Seeing the development of Sharia Insurance from year to year is very encouraging. Seeing the increasing interest in Sharia Insurance compared to Conventional Insurance, especially in Indonesia, where the majority of the population is Muslim. This is a supporting factor for the development of Sharia Insurance so that now many conventional companies are opening sharia branches, even now there are already many Sharia Insurance in Indonesia. A tijarah agreement is a contract or transaction that has a commercial purpose. While the tabarru contract 'which aims to help the goodness of fellow human beings, not solely for commercial and pilgrimage. In addition, the Sharia Insurance transaction contract contains certainty and clarity so that the Insurance participant receives the policy in accordance with what is paid plus the Tabarru funds' from each Insurance participant. Whereas the conventional insurance contract is an insurance company with an insurance participant through the mu'awadhah contract, namely each of the two parties having the contract of one party as the guarantor and the other party as the insured.
