Abstract

The basic needs in facilities and infrastructure needed by Wahidiyah Struggle are land and buildings. Judging from the concept of this land grant is a gift that can indeed be called a free gift. However, the gift is like giving an object other than land, because the property in the form of land is regulated specifically by the laws and government regulations relating to formal land requirements. The law as a whole regulates land ownership, transfer of land ownership, and transfer of land ownership. This research was conducted with the first objective, to find out the system of land grant procedures in Wahidiyah Struggle and the system of land grant procedures in the Office of Religious Affairs. Second, to find out the difference in the grant system in Wahidiyah Struggle with the grant system in the Office of Religious Affairs in Pogalan District. There is a need to develop a system of Land Grant procedures in the Wahidiyah Struggle so that legal ownership of land belongs to the Wahidiyah Struggle Foundation and Kedunglo Islamic Boarding School as a private institution that has a legal entity. Although Wahidiyah Struggle in Trenggalek Regency is a Khidmat Institution, it is important to make specific regulations regarding the system of land grant procedures in the Wahidiyah Struggle, as well as Government Regulation No. 6/2006 concerning Management of State / Regional Property that is used as the basis for the Office Procedure grants system Pogalan District Religion.
