PELAKSANAAN ZAKAT HASIL PERTANIAN

Abstract

Zakat is something that is given by people as God's right to those entitled to receive, among others, the poor, according to the provisions of the Islamic religion. However, in reality there is a mismatch between social theory and practice, especially in the Margopatut Village, Sawahan District, Nganjuk District, in implementing the obligation of zakat on agricultural products not based on Islamic legal provisions. The main problems in this study are (1). How is the implementation of zakat on agricultural products run by the community in Margopatut Village, Sawahan District, Nganjuk Regency? (2). What are the factors that influence community awareness in issuing zakat of agricultural products in Margopatut Village, Sawahan District, Nganjuk Regency ?. While this study aims (1) to find out how the implementation of zakat of agricultural products in Margopatut Village (2) How are community factors in issuing zakat of agricultural products. The results showed that the implementation of zakat of agricultural products The people in Margopatut Village Sawahan District Nganjuk District in the cultivation of their own farms did not use cooperation methods in calculating zakat of 10% because it uses river water and rain water while the practice of implementing zakat of agricultural products by giving to neighbors and relatives directly there are also people giving up their agricultural zakat by giving to the kiyai, local ulama 'in a single harvest which is then distributed to those who are obliged to receive zakat, the community does not look at the people who are given zakat of their agricultural produce those who are able (rich) or people who are able need zakat assets.
