HUKUM AQDUN NIKAH DI PESANTREN DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM

Abstract

The marriage in KUA is widely known by many people how the flow and the procedure of its implementation, but Aqdun Nikah held at the Kedunglo Islamic Boarding School is not widely known by some people. After conducting interviews, observations and analyzing data from Islamic Law sources, the authors conclude that the implementation of marriage aqdun in Kedunglo Al-Munadhdhoroh boarding school in the perspective of Islamic Law is Legal, because in the implementation of marriage in the Kedunglo Islamic Boarding School already meets all the pillars and Terms of marriage are in accordance with Islamic law with the existence of marriage witnesses, marriage guardians, consent and qabul.
