Disharmoni Keluarga Sebagai Penyebab Gugat Cerai

Abstract

Family disharmony arises because the family structure is not intact and the interaction between family members with one another does not go well, meaning that the psychological relationship between them is not always satisfactory by all family members. If the family structure is no longer intact due to the death of a family member or divorce, it could be that such a family can be said to be out of harmony. This study aims to: (1) Determine how disharmony is the cause of divorce in the Kediri District Religious Court, (2) Know what factors are the cause of disharmony so that it is the cause of divorce / divorce in the Kediri District Religious Court. This study uses a case study, in which the authors carefully investigate an event, activity, process, or group of individuals who are directly related to divorce case data against the background of family disharmony in the Kediri District Religious Court in 2018. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the factors that dominate the occurrence of divorce due to family disharmony are economic factors, the second factor is constant dispute and quarreling, the third factor leaves one party and other factors. Then it can be concluded that family disharmony as the cause of divorce is mainly based on economic problems.
