STUDI ANALISIS METODE HISAB HAQIQI TAHQIQI DALAM PENETAPAN AWAL BULAN RAMADAN TAHUN 1441 H

Abstract

In determining the beginning of the month of Ramadan, there are often differences of opinion among Muslims, due to the variety of methods used. According to Ismail & Rasyi in his book, the method of reckoning is divided into four charts, namely: (1) Hisab Urf'i (2) Hisab Haqiq Taqribi (3) Hisab Haqiqi Tahqiq and (4) Contemporary Hisab Haqiqi. where Muslims in Indonesia have been divided into several groups of mass organizations and each group of mass organizations has a tendency to create and have a Hijri calendar, so that the concept and criteria for determining the beginning of the month of Qamariah are in accordance with the concept used by the mass organization itself. So the research has the initiative to conduct  research on how the method of reckoning haqiqi tahqiqi on the Wahidiyah calendar in determining the beginning of the month of Ramadan in 1441 AH? and How is the accuracy of the Wahidiyah calendar in determining the beginning of the month of Ramadan in 1441 AH using the haqiqi tahqiqi reckoning method?. Researchers aim to determine the haqiqi tahqiqi reckoning method and the accuracy of the Wahidiyah calendar in determining the beginning of the month of Ramadan in 1441 H. Hisab haqiqi tahqiqi is a method of reckoning that uses astronomical data from the sun and moon based on the results of research or investigation. The approach taken in this research is qualitative research or field research, which performs calculations directly on the Wahidiyah calendar year 1441 H, using the haqiqi tahqiqi reckoning method. with technical verification of data analysis, namely analyzing the determination of the beginning of the month of Ramadan in 1441 H on the Wahidiyah calendar. Researchers found the results of calculations using the haqiqi tahqiqi reckoning method, by going through twenty steps of calculation where the results of the beginning of the month of Ramadan in 1441 AH fell on a Friday, with a hilal height of 3 degrees 22 minutes, and the results of the Kemanag isbat trial, namely Friday. with a hilal height of 2 degrees 41 minutes. With the conclusion of the Wahidiah calendar in determining the beginning of the month of Ramadan in 1441 AH, it is very possible to see the results of the Wahidiah calendar calculations with the results of the same isbat Kemanag which falls on Friday, April 24, 2020 AD. Although the results of both are 30 minutes apart, however, it cannot change anything in the determination of the beginning of the month of Ramadan in 1441 H, because the position of the new moon can be seen at a position above 2 degrees (above ufuq).
