PELAKSANAAN DAN PENYALURAN KURBAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM DI KELURAHAN KARANGTENGAH KOTA BLITAR

Abstract

Sacrifice is a sunnah worship for those who are able to do it. As for the measurement of being able to sacrifice, it is essentially the same as the measure of the ability to perform qurban, namely having more assets after the fulfillment of the usual basic needs of a person, if a person still needs money for these needs, then he is free from carrying out the sacrifice of the sunnah. This study aims to determine the implementation and distribution of sacrifices in the Karangtengah Village in terms of Islamic law. In this research, the approach used is descriptive-analysis, by taking a sample of 5 prayer rooms / mosques. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation and distribution of qurban which is carried out at the Mushola / Mosque of Karangtengah Village is in accordance with the the Islamic law review and no deviation has taken place.
