Sebab-Sebab Tingginya Angka Perceraian Di Kabupaten Kediri Pada Tahun 2016

Abstract

One of the principles of Islamic marriage is to strengthen the bond of marriage to last forever. Therefore all efforts must be made so that the alliance in the bond of marriage can continue. But on the way to navigate the household ark, not always smooth as expected, will surely face an obstacle that becomes a problem in the household. If the problem cannot be resolved properly, it will cause a dispute and lead to divorce. But if the household is not able to be maintained, and if it is defended it will cause disputes and prolonged suffering that Islam does not bind the death of the marriage but also does not facilitate divorce. The objectives of this study are: (1.) To find out the causes of divorce rates that are classified as high in Kediri District Religious Courts in 2016. (2) To find out the efforts made to reduce the occurrence of divorce in Kediri District Religious Courts. This research is a Qualitative Research, while the discussion is Juridical Empirical, accompanied by existing data in the field. Data collection using interview, documentation and observation techniques. while the data analysis technique is systematic, data obtained from interviews, field notes, and documentation.
