Abstract

Analysis of Quality Control To Minimize Damaged Products The Mendali Mas Ikat Weaving Craft UMKM. The purpose of this study is to determine how quality control is to minimize damaged product. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative in which the quality vontrol of the research conducts several questions regarding product quality control, including regarding : 1) Control of the raw materials to be produced, 2) Control of the production process, and 3) Control of the finished product. From the damaged product itself the researcher uses the formula : Cost of raw Materials = Cost Of Production + (Swlling value of damaged products x sodt%). The cost of labor, and the cost of factory overhead cost. The equality : Finished product + product in process x % completion rate + damaged product. Damaged product that occurred in 2015 were sold for Rp. 1.250.000,-, in 2016 amounting to Rp. 1.750.000,-, in 2017 amounting to Rp. 2.400.000,-, in 2018 amounting Rp. 3. 250.000,-, ad in 2019 amounting 3.850.000,-. Which is where at the end of 2019 the damage to products that were sold has progressed. Thus the authors hope that enterpreneurs maintain products and so that the weaving craft business can be more advanced.
