ANALISIS BEBAN KERJA MENTAL TENAGA STRUKTURAL BERDASARKAN LEVEL JABATAN DAN KELOMPOK USIA DENGAN METODE NASA TLX

Workload greatly affects the performance of a worker in all sectors, and education is one of them. During the establishment of Wahidiyah University, no one research was conducted on the mental workload of structural personnels or staff. This study aims to analyze the mental workload of the Wahidiyah University structural personnel. The method used in this research is NASA-TLX with a descriptive analysis approach and statistical analysis uses the OneWay ANOVA test with SPSS 22 software. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, there is a difference in the average mental workload scores between job levels and age groups. While the results of the study using statistical analysis with the OneWay ANOVA test, the level of position and age group did not significantly influence mental workload. The highest contributor to the Dekan position level is Mental Needs, the level of Head of Study Program and PA are Effort and at the level of the Staff position, the highest contributor is Performance. For the lowest contributor, at the level of the position of Dekan, PA and Staff, are frustration, while for the level of Head of Study Program, Physical Need is the lowest contributor.
