PERBANDINGAN PENJUALAN ONLINE DAN OFFLINE TERHADAP PENINGKATAN VOLUME PENJUALAN (Studi pada Grosir Hijab Marsha Collection)

The times that are increasingly rapid have made business competition even tighter, so that many new small and medium businesses have sprung up. Therefore, it is necessary to do good and efficient marketing and product promotion. In today's sophisticated era, the market does not have to bring together sellers and buyers directly. Online business is no longer a trend that has emerged due to the popularity of the internet. Online business has become a strong poster with high potential that will last a long time. This study aims to compare online sales and offline sales to sales volume. This is done to see which sales method is best for increasing sales volume. According to Candra Ahmadi and DadangHermawan (2013: 7), "E-Commerce is the sale or purchase of goods and services, between companies, households, individuals, government and society or other private organizations, which is done via computers on network media". The method used in this research is quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis used is comparative analysis to test hypotheses and trend analysis. The results of this study indicate that online sales and sales do not have a significant difference, where the independent sample t-test value is at the sig. (2 tailed) is 0.388. Based on the analysis test of online sales trends and offline sales, both showed positive results because they both experienced an increase. The increase in online sales from 2018 to 2019 was 471,189, and in 2019 it was 433,911. Meanwhile, offline sales increased in 2018 by 70,431 and in 2019 by 70,366. So, it can be concluded that online sales have increased significantly compared offline sales. Online sales should be increased so that the sales volume will also increase.
