PENGARUH PROMOSI, LOYALITAS DAN NILAI PELANGGAN TERHADAP CORPORATE IMAGE

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of promotional variables, loyalty, and
customer value on corporate image in Dapoer Cabe Kediri. This type of research is qualitative
with the respondents of this study are 100 consumers of Dapoer Cabe Kediri. The sampling
technique used non-probability sampling methods, then analyzed using multiple linear regression.
The data from the questionnaire was tested using validity, reliability, and multiple regression tests.
The research results are: (1) promotion has a positive and significant effect on corporate image. (2)
loyalty has no effect on corporate image. (3) customer value has a positive and significant effect
on corporate image.
