This research aims to find out a large selection of influences and work conflicts against the
employees performance of the Wahidiyah struggle and Pondok Pesantren Kedunglo. And this
research aims to analyze the most dominant factor of its influence on the performance of
employees of the Wahidiyah struggle and Pondok Pesantren Kedunglo.
From such analysis obtained the regression equation as follows Y = 12.398 + 0, 650X1 – 0,
357X2 + α. Selection variables have the greatest influence on employee performance by 0.650
then a working conflict of 0.357 hypothesis testing using T test that shows that both independent
variables i.e. selection (X1), conflict (X2) researched proved significant affecting the dependent
variable i.e. employee performance (Y), then through F test can be known variable selection and
conflict is indeed feasible To test the employee performance dependent variable. The R Square
number shows that 0.330 variable selection and conflict affects the dependent variable while the
remainder of 0.670 is described by another variable outside the two variables examined in this
study.
