Brain gym can make all kinds of lessons easy so that it can improve children's learning abilities because this brain gym encourages the balance of activity of the two hemispheres simultaneously so that the potential of both hemispheres will be balanced. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship of brain gym therapy rough motoric development for children aged 4-5 years in TK PLUS Wahidiyah.This research is an associative research using observation technique with sample number 47 children. Independent variable in this research is giving of brain gym therapy while dependent variable is rough motoric development. Data analysis in this research used statistical test of chi square with α = 0,05.The results of this research based on statistical test results obtained p = 0,000 < 0.05 which means Ho rejected and Ha accepted.Based on the results above there is a relationship of giving a brain gym therapy to rough mororic development of children aged 4-5 years in TK PLUS Wahidiyah.
