The Influence of Office Facilities, Work Discipline, and Job Training on Employee Performance Case Study at PT Azzahra Jaya Bersaudara Pacitan Regency.

Abstract

   Employee performance is influenced by office facilities, work discipline, and job training. Adequate office facilities can support employee comfort and work effectiveness, while good work discipline can increase responsibility and compliance with company regulations. In addition, appropriate job training can improve employee abilities, skills, and productivity in carrying out work. These three factors are important parts in improving the quality of employee performance in the company. This study aims to determine the effect of office facilities, work discipline, and job training on employee performance (case study at PT Azzahra Jaya Bersaudara, Pacitan Regency). 

The type of research used is quantitative research with 80 employees of PT Azzahra Jaya Bersaudara, Pacitan Regency as respondents. The sampling technique used the Cochran formula with a nonprobability sampling method and a saturated sampling technique (census). Data analysis used multiple linear regression. Research data were obtained through questionnaires and tested using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2) tests, F statistical tests, and t statistical tests. 

The results of the study indicate that: 1) Office facilities do not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Azzahra Jaya Bersaudara, Pacitan Regency. With the results of the calculated t value of 0.151 t table 1.992 then Ha1 is rejected Ho1 is accepted 2) Work discipline does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Azzahra Jaya Bersaudara Pacitan Regency. With the results of the calculated t value of 1.756 t table 1.992 then Ha2 is rejected Ho2 is accepted 3) Job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Azzahra Jaya Bersaudara Pacitan Regency. With the results of the calculated t 2.233 t table 1.992 then Ha3 is accepted 4) Reviewed from the results of the F test calculation of 6.378 with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the variables Office Facilities (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Job Training (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). 

It is hoped that this research can provide input and policies that can further develop PT Azzahra Jaya Bersaudara in Pacitan Regency, so that it pays more attention to office facilities, work discipline, and job training on employee performance. Future researchers are expected to add other variables, both internal and external, that can influence employee performance.
