Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Sambal Pecel ”Larisso” Ditinjau Dari Aspek Produksi, Pemasaran, SDM dan Keuangan

Typical food of chili sauce is found in the East Java area. In this research, the author focuses on the city of Kediri. Fierce competition and many needs are challenges for Pecel "Larisso" chili sauce business actors. To facilitate sales, "Larisso" chili sauce conducts offline and online marketing. "Larisso" in a day is able to produce as much as 100 kg at a price of Rp.40,000,- /kg, The production process of chili sauce pecel with the help of 5 employees has a wage of Rp.100,000,/day. . In this case, the aspects of production, marketing and human resources are feasible. For the financial aspect of the "Larisso" chili sauce business, it has a fairly fast payback period in terms of capital return for 17 months. And return on capital, the value of the Profitability Index (PI) is 5.7%. What is not feasible in direct observation of the use of tools and machines and technology in the production process still uses manual labor and simple technology, so this effort needs attention.
